How much does a corporate wellness day cost?
Programs are quoted by services, number of providers and service hours. Share your date, location and headcount — and your budget, if you have one — and we'll recommend the highest-impact setup in a custom proposal.
How many employees can you serve in a day?
We staff to your headcount, session lengths and event window. With 15-minute chair massages and a short buffer, one therapist sees about three people an hour — try the planner above, and we'll confirm the exact setup in your proposal.
How do employees book their time?
We provide a booking link with time slots that you can share internally, plus signage for the day. Walk-ups are welcome whenever slots are open.
What space do you need at our office?
A room or quiet area with a chair for each provider and reasonable light. We bring the tools, linens and setup, and pack out cleanly when we're done.
Can you meet our building's vendor requirements?
Yes. Send us your building's instructions and we'll provide a certificate of insurance for building management and coordinate access, security lists and load-in before the day.
Are your providers licensed and insured?
Yes. Every provider is licensed and background-checked, and Doorbell Barbers carries $1M per occurrence / $2M aggregate general liability insurance.
