“Over four years, the feedback from touring crews and our in-house teams was consistently outstanding. Doorbell Barbers became a hospitality amenity that people genuinely looked forward to. From the ease of booking through dedicated links and QR codes to seamless scheduling and consistently high-quality services, their team made the entire program effortless for us to offer. It proved to be a valuable investment in the experience we were able to provide both touring guests and our own team.”Marc Horwitz, Assistant General Manager, Oak View Group
How it works in your advance
The same process we run as preferred vendor at PeoplesBank Arena. It takes one email on your end.
Send us your dates
Routing, venues, and how many people are on the tour. One show or a whole leg.
We advance the room
We coordinate a private room or suite with the venue, confirm access, and send our insurance certificate.
You get one link
A branded booking page and QR code for your show, plus printed signage we put up around the building. Drop the link in the day sheet or the group chat.
Your crew books themselves
Each person picks a time that fits their call and gets a text and email confirmation with the room location, plus a reminder before their slot.
We run the day
We arrive, set up, serve, and reset the space. Afterward you get a summary of appointments and services.
From advance to show day

- One booking page for every service
- Multiple providers working at the same time
- Private venue suite, away from production traffic
- Appointments scheduled around production calls, 10 AM to 8 PM
- Setup, service and teardown managed by Doorbell Barbers

Put your next Northeast date on the day sheet.
What comes off production’s plate.
Barbers, massage therapists, nail techs, stylists and makeup artists who are fully self-sufficient inside the venue.
No transportation
Nobody takes an Uber off-site between calls. Services happen in the building.
No schedule to manage
Crew self-books around load-in, soundcheck and doors. Production never touches a sign-up sheet.
No equipment to source
We bring chairs, tables, tools, linens and consumables. The venue provides a room with power.
No paperwork scramble
COI and advance details are sorted with the venue before show day.
No provider wrangling
Production never tracks down individual providers. Our show-day lead handles arrivals, questions and backups.
Morale people actually feel
Long runs take a physical toll. A haircut, massage or hour of recovery is a benefit crew can use that day.
Tour crews spend their days taking care of everything and everyone else. Long runs mean bunks, concrete floors, load-ins, late nights and very little personal time.
We operate the backstage wellness department for the day, so production doesn't have to. A real haircut and an hour off their feet does more for a crew on week six than another deli tray.
Know who’s coming backstage.
Every touring crew has a story about the haircut someone got from a random shop between load-in and doors. With us, your people get a vetted team every time, not a stranger in a new city every night.
Google rating
Earned over more than a decade of in-home, hospital, wedding and backstage appointments.
Services since 2015
Ten-plus years of doing one thing well: bringing the shop to wherever people are.
Vetted professionals
Every provider is licensed and background-checked, and hand-picked from our own team. No app, no gig marketplace.
Fully insured
General liability coverage, with a certificate sent to the venue before show day.
Health system partners
Trusted by Yale New Haven Health and Hartford HealthCare.
Team across your run
On multi-city programs we keep the same core providers at every stop we can, so your crew isn't starting over each night. Guests can see who they're booking on the show page first.
Get served and go.
Touring artists, band and crew spend enough time being watched. Backstage with us is private, quiet and over when the appointment is.
NDAs accepted
Send your NDA with the advance and we'll sign it before show day. Every date is handled as confidential by default.
Backstage confidentiality by default
We never share who we served, what they booked or anything said in the chair. Nothing is posted about your tour without your approval.
No marketing, ever
No email lists, no promotions, no follow-ups. The contact details guests give us are used for one thing: their appointment.
Can you handle our size?
Yes. Here's one massage therapist's real show day. Staffing for your tour depends on party size, service mix, appointment length and expected participation.
One therapist, one real show day
- 9 appointments between load-in and 8 PM
- Crew self-booked with their own pressure and heat preferences
- Scheduled between production calls, with breaks and a walk-up slot

Estimate staffing for your tour
Not sure of your count? Most sleeper buses have 12 bunks, so multiply your buses by 12.
| Touring party | Barbers | Massage | Nails | Hair | Makeup | Team |
|---|
These are typical starting points, not a commitment. Final staffing depends on appointment lengths, service mix, expected participation and your show schedule, and every provider works under one Doorbell show-day lead. We confirm the team with you during the advance.
We handle the advance.
We confirm every detail directly with the venue before show day, and one Doorbell lead covers backups if a provider has an emergency.
Room and power
A private room or suite with outlets. We bring the rest.
Credentials
Team names sent ahead for wristbands or the guest list.
COI and W-9
Sent to the venue and your accountant before show day.

View our full advance requirements
| Show-day lead | Every program has one Doorbell team lead. Production talks to one person, not individual providers, for arrival, questions and anything that comes up during the day. |
|---|---|
| Backup coverage | If a provider has an emergency, we handle the replacement. Production never has to re-source a position. |
| Space | A private room, suite or dressing room with enough space for chairs, a massage table and nail stations. Massage works best in a quiet corner or a separate room. |
| Power | Standard outlets for clippers, lighting and nail lamps. We bring our own extension cords and power strips. |
| Water | Access to a sink nearby is helpful for pedicures and cleanup. We bring everything else. |
| Load-in and parking | Our team arrives with rolling cases. We ask for the entrance or dock to use, parking for team vehicles, and the time the room is available, then set up before the first appointment. |
| Credentials | We send our team's names in advance for credentials, wristbands or the guest list, and every provider is background-checked. |
| What we wear | All black, every provider, every date. Quiet and professional, so we blend in backstage. |
| Signage | We handle all of it: QR booking signs for catering, the production office and dressing room halls, room signs, and provider name cards. You just tell us where they can go. |
| Booking and reminders | One booking link and QR code for your show, with text and email confirmations and reminders. Open slots stay available for walk-ups. |
| Meals and breaks | Our team schedules its own lunch and dinner breaks around appointments. If catering can include us in the meal count, we'll confirm our headcount in the advance. |
| Hygiene | Tools cleaned and disinfected between every guest, and fresh linens for every appointment. |
| Photos and privacy | No photos of guests, artists or the room without the tour's approval. NDAs signed before show day. |
| Wrap-up | We pack out, reset the room the way we found it, and send you a summary of appointments and services. |
Tour wellness programs
Every show day is different, so every program is built around your crew size, schedule and venue.
Tour Wellness Day
A custom grooming and recovery day built around your show, with haircuts, beard work, massage and stretching on one booking link.
Backstage Wellness Suite
Grooming, massage, nails, hair styling and makeup running at the same time, staffed to the size of your party.
Multi-City Tour Leg
Consistent backstage wellness at every stop in CT, NY, NJ, MA and RI, with one point of contact and coordinated staffing.
Programs are quoted based on crew size, service mix, staffing, service hours, routing and venue requirements. Typical wellness windows run up to eight service hours between load-in and showtime, and longer production days can be staffed as needed.
Billing that fits how your tour pays
We work within the payment structure that fits the production or the venue, so no one is fronting a card on show day.
Payment link
A secure link to your tour manager or business manager.
Through the venue
When arranged in advance, we invoice the arena and it’s included in settlement.
Venue-hosted
The venue is billed and there’s nothing to pay on your side.
Multi-city runs can be billed per show or as one invoice for the leg. Certificate of insurance and W-9 available on request.

Questions from the road
How many people can you take care of in a day?
Enough for the whole touring party. For larger parties we add providers so services run side by side, all under one Doorbell show-day lead. A 50-person tour usually needs four to six providers and a 100-person tour seven to eight, depending on the services you offer. Use the planner above, or send us your headcount and we'll build the staffing plan around your show schedule.
Will our crew get marketing emails afterward?
No. Guests get a confirmation and a reminder for their appointment by text and email, and that's it. No marketing lists, no promotions and no follow-ups.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes. Send it with the advance and we'll sign it before show day. Every date is treated as confidential whether there's an NDA or not.
How is a program priced?
Per provider, per show day, not per guest. Your crew books as many appointments as the team's schedule allows at no cost to them, unless the tour decides otherwise. Every program is quoted around your dates, services, headcount and hours.
What's included in the price?
Staffing, equipment, supplies, linens, the booking page and QR code, printed signage, reminders, setup, pack-out and a post-show summary. There's nothing extra for your production to source.
What if a show is rescheduled or cancelled?
Tell us as soon as you know and we'll move your team to the new date wherever we can. Terms for each date are spelled out in your proposal.
Who do we talk to on show day?
One Doorbell team lead runs the whole program. Production never has to track down individual providers, and if a provider has an emergency, we handle the replacement.
How does billing work?
We work within the payment structure that fits the production or venue. We can send a secure payment link to your tour manager or business manager, bill the venue directly when it's hosting the program, or, when arranged with the venue in advance, invoice the arena so the charge is included in settlement. Multi-city runs can be billed per show or as one invoice.
Who usually pays for this?
Some tours book it directly as a crew hospitality or wellness line item. Some venues host it for visiting tours, as PeoplesBank Arena does today and Total Mortgage Arena did for four years. We're happy to talk with your venue or promoter about covering it.
What do you need from the venue?
A private room or suite with power, a sink nearby if pedicures are on the menu, and a place to load in and park. We bring everything else, including signage, and coordinate the details directly with the venue during your advance. See our advance sheet above for the full list.
Who can book appointments?
Anyone you put on the list: artists, band, crew, drivers, production, catering and touring families. You decide who gets the link.
Can you follow us across multiple cities?
Yes. Multi-city programs keep the same booking setup and service standard at every stop. We cover every stop in Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts and Rhode Island, so a Northeast run can be booked as one program. Dates outside those states can be quoted on request.
How far ahead should we book?
Two to three weeks gives us time to advance the room and build your booking page. Shorter notice is often possible, so call us.
Are you insured?
Yes. We carry general liability at $1M per occurrence and $2M aggregate and send a certificate of insurance to the venue on request.
