Each Doorbell Barber is a licensed barber/cosmetologist in the state of Connecticut and has also gone through our own training program.
How far will Doorbell Barbers travel?
We are located centrally in Fairfield County, CT, and our travel boundaries extend from Greenwich, CT to New Haven, CT. Please contact us directly for requests outside of these parameters.
What if I'm not happy with the service?
We offer 100% refunds to unsatisfied customers because we want you to be happy. No questions asked.
Is Doorbell Barbers insured & bonded?
Yes, Doorbell Barbers, LLC is fully insured & bonded.
What happened to the Senior Pricing?
We discontinued our Senior pricing and created an alternative low cost option. Please call us directly and we will set you up with your membership account. $38 per month (gratuity not included).
Can I book my appointments in advance?
Yes, Doorbell Barbers has partnered with Acuity Scheduling to make the process seamless and efficient. Just click on "Book Now" and pick your time and date.
How do I prepare for my haircut?
Grab a seat and relax. All we ask is that you position your chair in an area where our barber will have ample lighting. We kindly ask that you secure any dogs on-site in a separate room to ensure the safety of our barbers.
Do we clean up the hair after the haircut?
Yes, Doorbell Barbers brings in a portable handheld vacuum to clean up after the service is completed along with laying down a cloth below the chair.
My barber told me that straight razor shaves are illegal in Connecticut. How are you able to offer this service?
We use a new disposable blade on every client and our tools are sanitized prior to each service.
Can I purchase your services as a gift for somebody?
Yes! You can find this option in our gift card section.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you’d like to cancel your appointment please contact us within 24 hours of your service for a full refund. If you are going to be more than 15 minutes late to your appointment please email us. If you are more than 25 minutes late to your appointment without informing us, you will be charged the full amount and need to reschedule.
