A backstage wellness program your venue can offer every tour.
Give visiting artists and crews a hospitality benefit they won't find at every stop. We work as an on-call or recurring wellness partner for arenas, theaters and promoters, handling staffing, scheduling, equipment, insurance and service delivery from one point of contact.
“Over four years, the feedback from touring crews and our in-house teams was consistently outstanding. Doorbell Barbers became a hospitality amenity that people genuinely looked forward to. From the ease of booking through dedicated links and QR codes to seamless scheduling and consistently high-quality services, their team made the entire program effortless for us to offer. It proved to be a valuable investment in the experience we were able to provide both touring guests and our own team.”Marc Horwitz, Assistant General Manager, Oak View Group
Three ways to offer it
Start with a single show or build a program across your concert calendar.
Hosted by the venue
Offer selected services as a complimentary amenity for artists and crew. This is how we work as preferred vendor at PeoplesBank Arena, and how we ran four years at Total Mortgage Arena.
Tour-funded upgrade
You introduce us during the advance. The touring production chooses its service level and books with us directly.
Venue wellness program
A repeatable program across your concert calendar with priority booking, preferred rates and a post-show summary for each date.
What a venue partnership includes
Rather than negotiating every event individually, preferred venue partners get a repeatable program.
- Priority booking for your dates
- A dedicated account contact
- A custom arena booking page and QR signage
- Branded invitations for visiting tours
- Preferred venue-partner rates
- Priority staffing and backup coverage
- One show-day lead on every date
- Post-show summary with appointment counts, service mix and utilization
Questions from venues
How do venues pay for the program?
Three ways: the venue hosts it as a complimentary amenity, the touring production pays us directly, or, when arranged in advance, we invoice the venue and the charge is included in settlement.
What does the venue need to provide?
A private room or suite with power, a sink nearby if pedicures are offered, and load-in and parking access. We bring everything else, including signage.
Do you report on usage?
Yes. After each date we send a post-show summary with appointment counts, service mix and utilization, which is useful for reporting the program internally.
Can venue staff use the program too?
Yes, at the venue's discretion. Programs can be extended to venue leadership and arena staff.
