For the safety of our barbers, we kindly request that any dogs on-site be secured in a separate room during the service. Do we clean up the hair after the haircut? 

Yes, Doorbell Barbers takes care to clean up any hair that may be left behind after a haircut. We lay down a portable floor mat under the chair to catch any stray hairs and ensure a clean environment upon completion of the service. You can trust us to leave your space looking neat and tidy.

Can I purchase your services as a gift for somebody?

What is your in-home service Cancellation Policy?

Our in-home service cancellation policy is as follows: if you need to cancel your appointment, please contact us within 48 hours of your scheduled service to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will be subject to a charge for the full service, including gratuity. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

What is your private event Cancellation Policy?

Our cancellation policy for private events, such as weddings, is as follows: if you need to cancel your booked services, you must do so within 24 hours to avoid being charged the full rate. No exceptions will be made. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
