A husband and father, Christian has built Doorbell Barbers around craftsmanship, hospitality, and discretion, with experience serving private clients, weddings, tours, and talent including Noah Kahan, Harry Styles, and Leonardo DiCaprio.

Barber
A licensed barber for over 10 years and professional musician for even longer, Mike Marsters is an expert at harmonizing details and bringing each client's vision to life. His creativity and collaborative approach shine through in modern beard trims, fades, tapers, and versatile men's styling. Mike is also a sousaphone and trombone player with the Funky Dawgz Brass Band, bringing the same energy, precision, and personality to every client in his chair.

A seasoned stylist with 10 years of experience and Doorbell Salon's very first hire in 2016. Mayra specializes in precision cutting, signature blowouts, updos, and polished styling, with experience across corporate activations, weddings, in-home services, and salon environments.

A member of Doorbell Barbers for over 10 years, Deb specializes in classic polish and gel manicures on natural nails. Known as Bethenny Frankel's go-to nail tech in Connecticut, she's worked private events, parties, and corporate activations with a meticulous eye for detail and a big heart.
